This week's Solution Flash involved a great stadium project. Our goal was to create a mounting structure that would allow the audience to be immersed into the experience the displays were providing. The shape was a “French Curve”, so it presented some obvious challenges in precision, serviceability, and installation. Application:  Video Wall, 10 x 4 French Curve Floor to Header

Opportunity: Engineer a video wall mounting solution for precise placement of displays in the shape of a French Curve, where display position is maintained for protection and allow full serviceability.

The Solution - Action Taken

After meeting with the project Architects, Engineers and Integrator; Premier Mounts engineered a solution using a CAD design for precise display placement and to stay within the .050" recommended gap between displays for seamless bezel alignment and full service access in the French Curve shape.
