Proper Tea

NoChintz previously completed the interiors for Proper Tea, a tea-bar offering located at Manchester Cathedral Visitor Centre. The space was completely transformed to reflect the heritage of the area, creating a comfortable, relaxed environment.

Salut

We have recently completed a project for new independent wine bar and retailer, Salut Wines. The unique venue, which is situated on the city's Booth Street is Manchester's largest wine dispensing business, offering customers the opportunity to enjoy 42 different world wines by the glass and over 200 bottles to purchase. It will also provide specialist master classes enabling customers to differentiate between the Cabernet Franc and the Cabernet Mitos with specialist master classes. NoChintz was appointed on the project by Salut owners, Jon and Sara Saunby to oversee the complete interior design of the of the 250sq m former Oddbins unit ...Read More

 
 

Oddest

NoChintz were initially engaged to provide proposals for the outdoor space of Oddest Bar, with the purpose of creating an inviting and welcoming presence on Wilbraham Road in Chorlton. We created fixed seating and tables out of timber and provided bright coloured furniture and cushions to add pops of colour and refresh the existing brand. Lighting hung from the existing Victorian canopy and screens made from reclaimed doors also help to delineate this space, as well as hanging brightly coloured geometric graphics in the main windows ...Read More 

 
 

Blue Pig

Continuing our work with the Odd Bar group we were asked to refurbish the Blue Pig Bar giving the space a more edgy, dark and current feel, inspired by a European approach to bar design. The bar had a distinct restaurant feel with heavy artificial planting and decorative booth seating, we were asked to strip this back and re-look at the space and how the interiors and branding should transform the space. We provided design consultancy on wall finishes, furniture modifications and bespoke ceiling graphics and posters ...Read More 

 
 

The Foundation Coffee House: Strategy

As we move closer to the launch of the Foundation Coffee House, the strategic positioning of the new brand becomes paramount. We’re beginning to shape relationships with our target audience through social media and releasing staged announcements through traditional press to convey our key messages.
