PLAYER MEMBERSHIPS OVERDUE!
Apologies for those that have already sorted their memberships, but for those that haven't please can you attend to this asap.
Full payment of club subs (Men £150 for 23 and over, £90 for under 23s/students, Women £60) is due by the end of the month.
These subs are the principle revenue stream for the club and without them we can not continue to deliver the coaching, facilities, matchdays and other support that we provide for our players (see attached summary for details). Those that have paid instalments so far, please top yourselves up!
Playing Membership Subs can be paid online, or behind the bar, so please do not delay. The name and shame lists will be published soon and you don't want to find yourself on that!!!
The next stash order will be going off by the end of the week, so if you want to order your stash bundles as well, do so online and then let Henry know your sizes asap.

A reminder that one of the additional benefits of your membership is access to free membership of Ipswich Strength & Conditioning (www.iscgym.co.uk). For those that aren't using it, these guys will really help you lift your athleticism and therefore performance on the pitch, so get in touch and get using them and you and your team will see the benefits. Drop Adam a line (07843 883 055) to book in an induction and then you will be able to use their facility without charge and benefit from the qualified S&C coaches who are always on site. Every session is a PT session if you use this once a week you will be saving the equivalent of £30 p/m.
