The Senate and House both passed their tax bill for sweeping cuts and tax code today.  This tax bill represents a huge blow to the communities being served by the Chinese-American Planning Council (CPC).

New York, NY -- The Chinese-American Planning Council (CPC) condemns the violent attacks that happened at two mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand, this past Friday. We join the Asian American Pacific Islander community to stand in solidarity with our brothers and sisters of the Muslim community in response to the tragedy. This act of hate is one of far too many that have occurred in the past couple years and continues to be on the rise. CPC sends our deepest condolences to the families of the victims. As an organization dedicated to achieving a society free from racism, we call upon all New Yorkers to join together in solidarity to eliminate all forms of racism, hatred, and violence not only in our country but also across the world.
