Whether you have read our newsletters since 2007 or this is the first you’ve seen, we would like to welcome you to our new monthly IMPACT newsletter. The North Fulton Community Improvement District has been working for seven years to create a better place for folks to live, work and play in the North Fulton area. New Landscaping Creates “Gateway” at Haynes Bridge Road

A whole new look at the Haynes Bridge Road interchange with Ga. 400 is complete, creating a beautiful “gateway” to the City of Alpharetta and the North Fulton Community Improvement District. The CID board ended its monthly meeting with a trip to see the knock-out roses and more than 300 plants installed since Spring. The project was fast-tracked thanks to the efforts of the City of Alpharetta and the Georgia Department of Transportation (DOT) on permitting. DOT also provided a critical Gateway Grant, which contributed to the success of the project. Read more online…
