Empire’s Response To The Coronavirus

Dear Clients, Friends and Associates,

 

Like you, we continue to closely monitor news and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control, as well as from our various local and state governments, regarding the “coronavirus” (COVID-19).

 

We at Empire have taken proactive steps to ensure full continuity of business operations during this time as we continue to meet our clients’ needs.

  • We have implemented multiple initiatives to minimize the risks of contracting COVID-19 and protect our people, their families, our clients, and partners.
  • We have curtailed business travel and on-site meetings, and canceled upcoming conferences, seminars, meet-ups, and in-person presentations.
  • We are fortunate to have previously established the technological capability to permit employees to work remotely on secure devices, with full connectivity to Empire’s secure servers.
  • We are fully equipped to host and hold video calls and tele-conferences, internally and externally.
  • Multiple communication lines have been established for employees working at home to make the transition as seamless as possible.

As we have demonstrated this past week, we are prepared to serve our clients’ needs during this crisis in the same fashion as we always have done. We remain open for business and will continue to provide our clients with the same level of service throughout these difficult times.
