'Building and Maintaining High Performing LGBT Employee Networks', hosted by Deutsche Bank.

The breakfast seminar brought together organisations from the public and private sector to share their experiences of creating and enriching the LGBT employee networks of their organisation. Those who are in the early stages of setting up their network and those will strong and active LGBT employee networks offered insights to the challenges and successes of their networks.

'LGBT Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in the Public Sector

April 7th, 2016.

The 'LGBT Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in the Public Sector' was hosted by Dublin City Council. The event featured contributions by representatives from the Irish Prison Service, the PSEU, Trinity College Dublin and Dublin City Council on how to increase the equality, diversity and inclusion of LGBT employees in the sector.

Workplace Equality Index wins Best Workplace Diversity Strategy 2016

GLEN were honoured to win 'Best Workplace Diversity Strategy 2016' in Ireland's HR and Leadership Management Awards, for the Workplace Equality Index. GLEN were also nominated for the 'Best Overall Excellence in HR 2016' award.
