Reclinata Circle Project To Start on September 11th

As previously advised, we want to remind everyone that the renovation and replacement of the pavers at the Reclinata Circle is scheduled to commence on September 11th. This project is an important step in maintaining the beauty and safety of our community. Here are some key details you need to know:

Project Timeline: The renovation work is expected to span approximately 6 to 8 weeks to complete, depending on various factors such as weather conditions and unforeseen challenges.

Traffic Rerouting: Throughout the renovation period, traffic rerouting will be necessary as workers will be removing old and installing new pavers in different sections of the circle. The first quadrant to undergo renovation will be the area nearest to the Pinehurst community, between General Drive and Championship Drive, southbound. (See graphic)

During Area 1 Renovations:

Impact on Exit Routes: Residents in the communities of Grand Cay, Augusta Pointe, Pinehurst, Diamond Head, and Monterey Pointe will be required to use the back gate when exiting the community.

The communities of Eagleton Lakes, Eagleton Estates, Eagleton Cove and The Masters will be able to exit via either the front or back gates - but will not be able to enter to their communities via the back gate.

Impact on Entrance Routes When entering Eagleton, residents from the five communities off General Drive can use either the back gate or the front gate off Ryder Cup Boulevard based on their convenience. Again, the four communities on Championship Drive can only enter via Ryder Cup Boulevard.

Traffic Control: Our contractor will have traffic diversion equipment (cones and barricades) and flaggers on site during working hours. During non-working hours, diversion equipment will be in place. Please cooperate with flaggers and always adhere to traffic control devices to ensure everyone's safety.

Expect Delays: We understand that this project may cause some temporary delays and restrictions in traffic flow. However, these measures are necessary to complete the work efficiently and, most importantly, safely.

Your Cooperation: We greatly appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this renovation project. Your patience and adherence to traffic guidelines will contribute to the successful and swift completion of the project.

Traffic rerouting during later phases of the project will be advised before they begin.

We understand that community projects like this can be inconveniencing at times, but they are essential to maintaining the high standards of our community. We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this project, please do not hesitate to reach out to our United Community Management team, Constance or Hilda, at - (866) 473-2573

Thank you for being valued members of the Eagleton community.
