Hi there,

I’m sure many of us would have liked a little robot on hand to help at times in the past year, when the pandemic saw many of us working from home alongside our partners (love you darling, but 24/7 is just a little too much thanks) and often home schooling children as well.

Unfortunately – or perhaps fortunately – we’re not at that stage yet.

While Covid was predicted to be a great accelerator for robotic process automation, it turns out that those who have implemented the much-hyped solution aren't exactly hyped by the results.

There are plenty of reasons why, as we reveal in this week's lead story.

One thing is clear: The bots ain't defeated yet...

Enjoy the read (and GO ETNZ!),
