Alcohol & Cancer video & information

BelongToExperts have known since 1987 that alcohol can cause cancer, but the connection between the two is often unknown, or ignored.

Research in Europe has shown that 1 in 5 do not believe that there is a connection between cancer and the drinks that millions of us enjoy every week.

With this in mind, we have recently created a new 'Alcohol and Cancer' section on drugs.ie; and a short promotional video relating to alcohol and cancer.

Criminalising Addiction: is there another way?

NACDCitywide recently held a conference to discuss the impact of current Irish Drug Policy and to look at possible alternative policies.

The conference was promoted as being held against a backdrop of an international push to review the ‘War on Drugs’ and to consider alternative drugs policies.
