January 2, 2020 Happy New Year!2020 is here and we would like to wish you a happy new year! We hope you had a joyous holiday. We spent much of last year working on improving our products and platforms. During the early part of this year, you will begin to see some of these improvements released. Compliance Review Refresh One of the most exciting objectives we accomplished last year was improving the Compliance Review module of our software, SLIP and RAPID. Using updated technology, we revamped the Compliance Review system to streamline the process for agents and our field analysts. One of the new features of the next generation Compliance Review is the ability for SLIP users to upload policy documentation requested during the review. The requested documents will now be listed in SLIP on the Compliance Review Documents screen, under Policy in the navigation menu. If there are findings in the Compliance Review Exam Report, an agent may receive a Corrective Action Form (CAF). You will now be able to submit those in SLIP, as well, by clicking on the Respond to CAF button on the Compliance Review Documents screen. These features will be available on Friday, January 3.
