Art Bus goes to Newcastle

Art Bus is taking a road trip up North to see what's all the rage at artist run spaces in Newcastle and surrounds.
From visual artists to designers, we'll visit the studios of emerging creative practitioners and have them talk about the methods behind their madness. And with the annual This is Not Art festival coinciding with our visit, we'll be able to take a walk on the wild side of Newcastle's art community with hoards of panels and workshops to provoke, critique and inspire.

Bookworms strike again

The next instalment of book club will feature Martin Gayford's Man with the Blue Scarf.
Described as one of the most original, enjoyable, and informative publications about art in our time, the book acts as a chronology of the nine months that the author sat for one of the world's leading portrait painters Lucian Freud. It's sure to be quite a read!
