Meet Gary, one of CPC's 80,000 community members!
Because of CPC One, Gary is one of CPC's newest community members and lives in our newest senior affordable housing.
Gary is one of over 110 residents who will be able to age in place because of Norfolk Senior Housing, part of CPC One! He now has a place to call home with holistic community resources from our Resident Wellness Program and access to wraparound services from our 50+ programs at CPC One.
Norfolk Senior Housing addresses our community's urgent need for affordable housing and community services in Chinatown and Lower East Side. CPC One has 208 affordable housing residences, 31 of which are for formerly unhoused New Yorkers.
Gary shares, "I was living in a shelter for about a year before moving in here. The apartment is on the money. From where I was to now, with a big kitchen, I’m very comfortable."

About Norfolk Senior Housing and Resident Wellness Program
Part of CPC One, Norfolk Senior Housing opened its doors in 2023 and provides affordable housing residences to over 110 older adults.
The Resident Wellness Program promotes the health and wellbeing of Norfolk Senior Housing residents through case management, health maintenance workshops, and community building activities for both residents, their family members, and their home care workers.
About CPC One
Soon, CPC One will open! Our first-ever permanent Manhattan home will house our Manhattan Community Center across three floors, include over 200 units of affordable housing, and will serve as headquarters for our 50+ programs across New York City.
