Communicable Diseases Intelligence Volume 43 - December 2019 newsletter

Season's Greetings

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

The CDI team wishes you a wonderful and rewarding holiday, and thanks all of its contributors, reviewers and authors for their involvement with the journal over the past year.

Introducing the new CDI Instructions to Authors

CDI has recently published a new streamlined and self-contained set of Instructions to Authors. (PDF) (Microsoft Word) These instructions present all of the information relevant to article submission in one online document which is accessible from the CDI home page.

More precisely defined manuscript categories

CDI manuscript categories have been carefully reviewed and redefined to include the word limit, number of peer reviewers, requirements and scope. For more information, please refer to the new CDI Instructions to Authors.

An invitation to contribute

The CDI team takes this opportunity to once again invite you to contribute to CDI by submitting original articles and volunteering for peer review.
If you would like to register on CDI’s reviewer database please contact cdi.editor@health.gov.au.
