We had a wonderful time on our trip to Farm Friends! We appreciate the help from the parents who were able to attend.
Can you believe that we only have a few weeks of school remaining?? As we think about this school year, we are so proud of the children and the progress each student has made. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your child’s early childhood education!

Upcoming Week

Bible Verse: Mark 12:30 “Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.” (We will recite this verse in chapel on Thursday. Practice at home too!)

Reading/Phonemic Awareness: We will introduce the letter and sound of Zz.

Unit: Insects
Show and Tell: Bring something that begins with the /z/ sound such as zoo or zebra.

Important Dates

May 4th – MORNING ARRIVAL WILL BE IN A DIFFERENT LOCATION! The Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast is being held on our campus on this morning. Please bring your child to the 24-7/student building. This is the area near the large playground. Traffic will move from the Next Level building and exit using the road behind the football stadium, near Southwest Jr. High.
May 5th – Flip flop day! Bring $1 and wear your favorite pair of flip flops.
May 5th – 100th Day of School for 3 day classes. Watch for an email from your child’s teacher.
May 17th – Bike Day for PreK/3 day classes
May 18th – Last day of school for 3 day classes
May 19th – School holiday
May 23rd – Bike Day and last day of school for 5 day classes
May 24th- PRE-K Parent/Teacher Conferences
