Just released: Profiling Institutional Diversity Across the Australian VET Sector

Our report on institutional diversity across the Australian VET sector was officially launched last night in Melbourne. Guests included leaders and members of the VET community as well as Deputy Secretary of the Victorian Department of Education and Training Craig Robertson, whose speech opened the evening's proceedings.

Results from the just-released report on diversity of VET institutions were featured in 'Vocational education and training lashed over ideas deficit', The Australian, 20 July 2016, and Canberra IQ, 20 July 2016.

 

Professor Frank Larkins and Associate Professor Ian Marshman's analysis of the financial performances of universities was featured in several stories, including 'Lax leadership missed chance of open market enrolment' and 'Taxpayers carry cost of universities' $2.8bn windfall', both The Australian, 20 July 2016; the Wednesday, 20 July edition of Campus Morning Mail; 'The unis winning big from uncapped student places',The Sydney Morning Herald, 21 July 2016.
