School of Social Work Changes Application Cycle

Inline

The application cycle for admission into the School of Social Work has changed from the fall semester of entry to the spring/summer prior to entry. The change is in effect for students seeking entry to the School of Social Work for the Fall 2011 (or later). Students will be asked to submit their application materials prior to entry to ensure admission eligibility prior to the fall start. Applications are accepted for fall semester entry only, there is no entry to the program in winter semester. For 2011, students will have an early consideration deadline of May 27, 2011 to submit materials. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis through August 19, 2011. Any students with questions about their eligibility should be directed to the CCPS-UAC. MORE INFORMATION

Express Advising for First Year Students

Inline

CCPS-UAC staff will hold an Express Advising Session designed for first-year CCPS students who have not yet met with an academic advisor to assist them with the advanced registration process.  During this session advising staff will be on hand to assist with reviewing myPath, registering for courses, and answering questions. The session will be held in a computer lab so students may register for courses onsite with an advisor available to assist with any issues or questions that may arise.  Students will be asked to follow up with an appointment for more formal academic planning at a later date.
