2nd Grade eNews
We enjoyed our chapel so much! We were so proud of the students! Remember Monday, January 21 we do not have school in observance of MLK Day.

Bible - We will continue to study Esther. This week we will focus on her unselfishness and we will be reading in Esther, using chapters 3-5.

Bible Verse - Philippians 2:4, “Everyone should look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others."

Reading - We will be reading “Luke Goes to Bat” and talking about baseball heroes such as Jackie Robinson. If your child would like to bring in a report on a famous baseball player, we would love to listen! We will also incorporate a science unit the next two weeks about force, motion, and gravity with this story.
