![]() Welcome!Hi , Wow, what a year it has been for the Graphic Gear team! We launched the graphicgear.com.au online store in March without really knowing the answer to the question: Will there be demand for Neuland markers in Australia and New Zealand? Well, just last week we upgraded our storage facility in Melbourne to house more boxes—suffice to say the answer to that question is a resounding "Yes!" Thank you so much to everyone who has placed an order this year. Given how much time we've spent shipping markers, we haven't had time to send out a proper newsletter. So here goes! There's a lot of content in here—I don't expect future issues will be quite so lengthy. But I promise we will endeavour to keep this newsletter as useful as possible to you! Read on for discounts, new products, and more ... Xmas Discount CodeLet's get the good stuff (discount code) out the way first, shall we? If you're thinking of ordering some markers in time for Christmas (for someone else, or for yourself!) then you'll want to get your order in ASAP. The good news is, if you use the discount code MERRYXMAS2018 then you'll be eligible for a generous 10% off your order. And if your order total is more than $100, the shipping is free! Ho ho ho! This offer will expire on December 24 (although any orders placed that late won't make it out until the new year, so get in early and avoid the stress of last-minute deliveries!) New productsA bunch of shiny new products have been added to the store. If you haven't browsed through the catalogue in a while, take a look at some of the new colours available, new books, and a growing collection of high quality marker accessories from Neuland. Highlights for 2018Here's our (slightly self-indulgent) list of highlights for 2018.

Tutorial VideosYou may have seen some of the marketing videos that we've uploaded to the site—yes, slightly cheesy sales videos of me wielding a marker and banging on about how great a product the Neuland markers are. Well, my new year's resolution is to make a bunch of videos that are mini tutorials, covering topics such as:
What do you think? Are these videos likely to be useful for you? What topics would you like to see me cover? I look forward to hearing your ideas! Aaaaand that's it for the first Graphic Gear newsletter! I hope you've found this issue interesting enough to stick around. Of course, if it's not your thing, you're welcome to unsubscribe using the link below—no hard feelings. Have a wonderful break, and all the best for 2019. Matt P.S.
