Is eating well important to you?

In the short-term, it can help you feel good, look your best and stay within a healthy weight range. In the long-term, a healthy, balanced diet can reduce your risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, osteoporosis and some cancers.

If you’re not quite sure, the short answer is it’s about adding variety to the foods we choose to eat.

You can follow the food pyramid as a guide and combine several different types of foods from each of the main food groups. Listen more here.
