You will need to be still, receptive and present for 30min (longer if you choose!). This is a powerful day that many are talking about across the internet. As a physician in the world today, one of my greatest passions is being able to bring a higher consciousness energy back to the practice of medicine. Over the years I've been in practice, I have experienced the power of combining mind, body and spirit and how that combination gives us the ability to truly heal on all levels--including the deepest soul level. As many of you know, I am not your average Podiatric Doctor!
