Reiki II is on 7th March and a Reiki Master Program and Combined Sekhem level I and II Class are being scheduled. Please reach out to register and/or express you interest. Reiki/Sekhem Shares
Tuesday 10th February 7pm in person with Cherokee at Transense.
Thursday 26th February 7pm online with me, via Zoom.
Please RSVP on the links below. Reiki Share is a safe space to join together, for new learning and support, practice Reiki and be in community.
Sessions include; sharing, Reiki and Sekhem practice, feedback and reflection. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with details for inperson/zoom link.
Reiki Share is open to all those who have taken a Reiki/ Sekhem level I or above (any style/teacher). Reiki Share will be guided by Stephanie Cookson, Reiki Master Teacher (usually Thursdays) and Cherokee Macleod, Reiki Master Teacher (usually Tuesdays).
If you are joining Transense Reiki Share for the first time, please email me and include a copy of your Reiki certificate. We look forward to welcoming you.

Reiki and Sekhem Classes
Reiki I Class - Begin your Reiki journey with Reiki I. The secret of inviting happiness, the medicine for all illness. Call to set date!
Reiki II Class - MARCH 7th, with Cherokee. The next step, symbols, mantra and distance healing. Expanding consciousness and increasing positive vibrational energy.
Reiki Master Teacher - 2026 program. Let me know if you are interested as we set the dates. Extending your practice and Reiki at the highest level. The healing powers of universal lifeforce energy.
Reiki Reattunment/ Refresher - Review and refresh your Reiki practice and journey. Individual and group sessions available.
Sekhem Classes - Transense Sekhem is a powerful healing practice opening the heart and coming home to ourselves. Releasing what we no longer need and returning to love. Sekhem deepens and extends your practice for yourself and in holding space for others.
A Combined Sekhem Level I and II class - will now be a weekend in March. Let me know if you are interested as we set the dates. This class is for those with Reiki II or above (or similar). Please contact me if you are interested in attending.

Individual Reiki/Sekhem Sessions at Transense
In person, online and distance Reiki/Sekhem sessions are available to focus on your needs, restore harmony and balance and provide support, with Reiki and Sekhem.
With Stephanie;
Individual sessions may include Reiki, Sekhem the Amethyst Bio Mat (in person only). Care is taken for safety and comfort, your needs and goals, intention setting, focusing and reflection. Sessions can be booked individually or a three session package (for deep healing, continuity of care and savings) They are powerful and effective healing.
In person sessions are at Transense, a safe and inclusive, fully accessible centre and Online sessions are via secure zoom video.
