Q1). What is Dizzyfish and what do you offer? Dizzyfish is an audiovisual company who provide tailored audiovisual solutions for domestic and commercial clients. We offer a full range of services including wall-mounting TVs, home cinema and complete smart-home installations. 

Q2). Top installation tips? Always choose the right equipment for the job - it's easy to think 'it will do' but you have to ensure brackets and cabling is able to handle the loads being used and that your products will meet your expectations.

Q3). What's the most interesting job you have worked on?  We installed a home cinema set-up including 60” screen and 5.1 floor standing speakers in an amazing glass-walled room with panoramic views overlooking the town of Huddersfield – try concealing all those cables! However we managed and have the photos to prove it!

Q4). What's the reason behind the name Dizzyfish? We like to see the service we provide to customers as being different to our competitors, and we wanted a name to express that – Dizzyfish Installations seemed to fit the bill!

Excitement is well and truly mounting as the countdown to the games begins! As well as a programme of sporting events kicking off on 23rd July in and around Glasgow, the BBC will be hosting a series of entertainment events Pacific Quay in Glasgow.

So if you’re not into sport but fancy getting involved in another way then this is for you. Live performances from Texas, Simple Minds, Paloma Faith and The Overtones will broadcast from Pacific Quay onto BBC Radio 2; there will be a Golden Ticket event with Still Game stars Ford Kiernan and Greg Hemphill, a gripping spectacle from international stunt bike rider Danny MacAskill, an appearance by Scottish Opera - and lots of family events including a brand-new Sherlock game. It’s definitely PIMMS O'Clock this summer! In-keeping with our al fresco dining & drinking theme we can say with good authority that this Pimm’s Blackberry and Elderflower drinks recipe is delicious. It’s also very easy to make - take a jug and fill with ice. Mix 1 part PIMM'S* Blackberry & Elderflower with 2 parts chilled lemonade (and multiply if serving to a group). Garnish with blackberries, pour into a tall glass and sit back and indulge in the good weather. Or in a bit of footie, tennis, athletics, gymnastics, or boxing…it is safe to say the sporting choice is endless this summer!
