Disruption in the checkout line
I think many of us can relate to either creating or wanting to create a ‘disruption’ at the checkout after queuing behind someone with 3 things in their trolley only to realise that there partner is completing the annual Christmas food shop and they are merely holding a place in line. But dropping your case of Pepsi max on their punnet of cherry tomatoes is not the only example of disruption that is taking place within food retailers.
