This unfiltered Great Basin exclusive was a 1998 Silver Medal winner at the Great American Beer Festival, and continues to serve as a true testament to the craft.
Cooking another bird? Here’s a holiday turkey cooking tip:
Boil 1 quart water, dissolve 1 cup salt, cool and add 1 growler of Harvest Ale, put in plastic bag or large bowl and soak in brine overnight. Turkey will be very crisp and moist. For added flavor, inject your bird with Rosemary Rye Patch mixed with a little olive oil.
