The Fall 2007 Alumni Affairs Team is proud to annouce this semester's first alumni newsletter. Thus far, the semester has proven very successful. As many of you may be aware, our management conference was held in Washington D.C. and hosted by the Tau Chapter, at Howard University. Your Sigma Chapter brought home 3 Black and Gold Awards, 5 Excellence Awards, 1 Scholarship, and the Edison L. Bowers Award! Sigma Chapter Wins 8th Consecutive Edison L. Bowers Award 
On October 13, 2007, the Sigma Chapter was awarded the Edison L. Bowers for the 8th consecutive year and the 13th time in the last 15 years. The prestigious award was presented at the 36th Annual Gamma Iota Sigma International Management Conference held from October 11-13, 2007 in Washington, D.C. The conference was hosted by the Tau Chapter of Howard University. RMI Department, New Faculty Member 
We would like to welcome Mike McCloskey as a full time faculty member. Mike is a ’96 graduate from Temple’s RMI program. Post graduation, Mike pursued his MBA from Drexel University. During his graduate program at Drexel, Mike obtained his CEBS designation. Mike has been a part time faculty member for Temple’s RMI program since 2000. He decided to join us full time because he is very passionate about teaching. [Read More] 7th Annual Sigma Chapter Golf Outing 
On September 11, 2007, Sigma Chapter hosted its’ Seventh Annual Golf Outing at Northampton Valley Country Club in Richboro, PA. Nineteen foursomes consisting of industry representatives, alumni and students competed. [Read More] Congratulations to the May 2007 Graduates!
