CPC has begun the City's land use approval process for a new CPC home and community center, and to build much needed affordable housing. For our dream to become a reality, we need the City Council to approve our project.

Learn More About the Development Project

CPC's planned home at 50 Norfolk will:

  • Create a community center to bring CPC’s Manhattan education, family support, and economic and community empowerment programs together under one roof

  • Rehabilitate the former Beth Hamedrash Hagedol Synagogue

  • Generate 93 units of permanently affordable housing and 115 units of senior affordable housing
