CORRECTED - SUMMER MEETING SCHEDULE
The Board of Directors set the following meeting dates for the summer months of 2023:
• June 21st at 2:00 PM
• July 26th at 2:00 PM
• August 16th
at 2:00 PM
All meetings will take place at the office of United Community Management, 300 Avenue of the Champions.
GENERAL DRIVE AND MONTEREY POINTE ROADWAY REPAVING
The repaving in Monterey Pointe as well as on General Drive is scheduled to be done during the week of July 10th and is expected to be completed by July 15th.
Weather permitting, the contractor will begin in Monterey Pointe and then move on to General Drive. General Drive will be repaved from the back gate through to Grand Cay. Again, all of these plans are weather dependent.
During this week please anticipate road closures and traffic pattern modifications to allow the work to progress safely. The contractor will be managing the traffic and using barricades, traffic cones and flagmen. These devices and individuals are for your safety and the safety of the entire community. Please respect them and only drive on the open roadway areas.
Once the repaving work is completed, your Championship POA plans to replace the pavers around the Reclinata circle before the end of the year.
