When it comes to meals, do you tend buy takeaway you know aren't healthy for you simply because it's convenient?

What if you were able to learn to prepare meals at home that were quick, healthy and affordable?  Would you give takeaways the flick?

All you have to do is ask about Good Quick Tukka at your nearest Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community health service.

The GQT team visited the Northgate clinic of ATSICHS Brisbane to demonstrate how easy it was to prepare a healthy meal in a frypan using a variety of vegetables, some protein and spices.

Listen here to GQT facilitator Zoe Santo describing the program and some of the recipes they share with participants.
