This second food safety session for educators and cooks builds on your knowledge from Level 1 by exploring more complex food safety concepts, like thermometer calibration, cooling food and food recall. It takes an in-depth look at food experiences with children and highlights important steps we can take to ensure these valuable learning experiences are safe for all.
