Ebola is endemic to the Democratic Republic of Congo and in the latest outbreak over the last five weeks, almost 30 people have died. The severity of this outbreak has meant that the vaccine needs to be administered to people in remote areas to contain the disease. Yap Boum, who has been among those responding to Ebola outbreaks on the continent since 2012, shares his story from Ebola’s latest Ground Zero.
