PreK4 eNews

Thank you parents for making the class Christmas parties such a special time for the children.  We are so thankful for your help and support.

The past several weeks have been such fun, helping the children learn the true reason we celebrate Christmas. There is such excitement and wonder with the little ones during this season.  Enjoy and cherish each moment of the break.  As you have heard, the years go so quickly!

We wish you all a wonderful Christmas celebrating the birth of our Savior!

  • Bible Story: Jesus’ Boyhood
  • Reading/Phonemic Awareness: Review /Identifying beginning and ending sounds
  • Math: Review numbers 0-8, patterns, sorting
  • Unit:  Winter/Snowmen
  • Show and Tell: Be ready to tell your friends something about your Christmas

Reminders

  • On very cold days, we will have the children wait inside the Kids Theater during carline.  We will walk children to their cars.  This may take just a minute or two longer than on warm days when we can wait outside, but we want to keep the children warm and safe.
  • Snacks: Monday through Friday – Cereal, goldfish, crackers, or pretzels.  Dried fruit will be offered.
