Office Relocation or Change in Employer?

Agents must update their business address, email address, phone number and any other pertinent contact information within 30 days of a change. Updates must be made in two places:

  1. Florida Surplus Lines Service Office (FSLSO)
  2. Department of Financial Services (DFS)

Updates for FSLSO can be made through the agent’s SLIP account or through XML Batch File.

Updates for DFS can be made via the agent’s MyProfile account.

Remember: failure to update contact information within 30 days could result in administrative action (626.551, F.S.).

Lunch and Learn sessions are filling up, so sign up today.

The FSLSO team will come to your office and provide a hands-on, customized training session that addresses the specific needs of your agency.

Contact outreach@fslso.com to schedule a session for your agency.
