Wow! What amazing gifts everyone received for Christmas and shared during Show & Tell. These are great reminders of the best gift given on that very first Christmas, Jesus Christ.

• Unit Study - Seasons
• Show and Tell - Seasons Poster (sheet will be sent home in Friday folder).  
• Verse - "Jesus answered, 'I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" - John 14:6   
• Bible - Christ’s life and ministry
• Reading - Review CVC words, learn new sight words, and dive back into guided readers
• Math - Writing numbers 40-59, identifying the number that comes after, and introducing number words for 1-3

• January 20  – No School, observing Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
• January 23  – MLK Chapel at 8:30 am
• January 24 - 100th Day Celebration (due to MLK Chapel on Jan. 23rd)

With the weather getting colder, please remember to send a jacket or coat with your child’s name on it, every day. Hats and gloves are optional but definitely help keep the cold away.
