While the weather has been cooling down, things are running red hot here at Redfox. Since our last edition of From the Den we have added Help Desk Services to our Business Solutions catalogue.  We successfully rolled out a national 500-seat Help Desk solution for one of our most valued clients.  We are proud to report that our latest product offering resulted in improvements to the user's productivity and efficiency, which is always a driving factor for Redfox when designing new solutions for our clients.

Adding to the excitement is the announcement that our cutting edge energy solution will be installed at 31 MIlton Street over the next couple of months.  This system is the first of its kind in Australia with far reaching benefits for both the environment and the consumer.  If you are interested in finding out more about our Redfox Energy ZED system and how it can help reduce your power bills, please contact us to register your expression of interest.

While other regions in Australia have been providing time and data-restricted Free WiFi access, Redfox Free WiFi (in cooperation with the Mackay Regional Council) has provided untimed WiFi access with no data restrictions to over 9000 people in the Mackay region over the last year.
