As part of the rollout of our new user interface, we have revamped the dashboard with the focus on:

  • Maximising the use of space on large desktop screens while scaling down to effectively work on a tablet. 

  • Highlighting registration numbers on events, e.g. has the minimum been met, is it confirmed, which events are full?

  • Displaying key business metrics (KPI’s) and providing links to the relevant information.

  • Providing easy access to view and manage your tasks.

You need to click the “Try new dashboard” link on the current dashboard to access the new one.

Meet Ezra!  

Introducing Ezra the newest member of the Arlo team! Ezra has come from a background of using Arlo to manage training and events and knows the software inside out. He will be joining the support team assisting Arlo users with a range of activities including training and problem solving. Ezra is a welcomed addition to our team!

WONDERWOMAN CHILDREN

Everyday we meet people leading inspiring organisations. In March this year we met Nataly Tormey, the founder of WONDERWOMAN CHILDREN from Australia. 

WONDERWOMAN CHILDREN is an organisation that provides industry specific First Aid to Child Care Professionals, Teachers and Nannies and is the preferred provider for The Australian Nanny Association and Child Care Alliance VIC.

Nataly's team are using Arlo to support their vision to improve children's environments by supporting their educators, parents and carers through training. WONDERWOMAN CHILDREN have integrated Arlo into their website using our WordPress plugin and are using Arlo for mobile to manage courses.       

Nataly can now focus on presenting, educating and empowering individuals and motivate them to learn more about how they can better improve their skills when working with children.

You can now send Invoice/Credit Note in a PDF format. The Invoice/Credit Note templates can be fully customized to meet your organization's needs, for example you can add in a logo and include a special message.

Its been a very exciting month for the Arlo team with the new product release done and dusted! All live Arlo platforms have now been upgraded to the new release. This release included many major features and enhancements requested by our Arlo community. How do I assign an event manager or template manager to specific events?

Arlo allows you to assign an admin as a template manager and/or event manager. When creating an event simply enter the administrator responsible for the event. You can then report on and filter events by the manager. When our new communication settings are rolled out they will also be able to receive automatic communication related to the event.

How do I allow customers details to be remembered on the registration form?

Time is valuable. That’s why Arlo's website event registration process allows registrants details to be stored in the checkout. Next time the same individuals register they will not need to re-enter their information. Learn more about 'Remember Me'.

How do I assign support staff to an event?

Arlo allows you to assign contacts in your Arlo platform as additional support staff on events. You can then produce reports containing this information and when our new communication settings are rolled out, they will be able to receive automatic communication related to the event.

How can I exclude tax on certain orders?

Arlo allows your registrants to generate orders from your website which are tax exempt; meaning they do not have to pay tax on those orders. This can be especially useful if you receive international payments for online webinars or courses. You can either offer payment types which are always tax exempt, optionally tax exempt, or apply an exemption status to an individual contact or organisation. 

How can I manage and track interest in an event, capture ideas for new topics, and manage general enquires?

You can use Arlo’s Lead feature to capture the details of interested prospects, and suggestions for different event dates/locations. Arlo offer a range of lead forms for your website, and you can easily manage, report on, and assign leads out using the management platform.
