We want to make sure to pamper them and get their bodies healthy. Our team at Bethany Physical Therapy has paired up to bring you many offerings so that you give the gift of health this Mother’s Day!

At Bethany Physical Therapy, our therapists are passionate about post-partum care. Moms' bodies go through a lot before, during and after pregnancy – we’re here to help them understand and navigate the changes in their bodies so that they can get back to their optimal function.

We’ve developed a one-hour post-partum screening examination with a trained physical therapist targeted to specific questions and/or symptoms. We focus on posture and alignment, instruct on targeted exercises for pelvic floor and abdominals, show how to lift and move with a baby, and come up with a safe plan to return to previous fitness routines. Utilizing rehabilitative ultrasound imaging, biofeedback, manual and exercise based therapy techniques, we address the body as a whole and help moms get back to their optimal function!
