Go Canucks Go!
The Vancouver Canucks have made it to the Stanley Cup Finals! This is only the 3rd time it's happened in the club's 40 year history. This should make for some very fun viewing both in the stands and at home. I have found some articles that you may find of interest in regards to the upcoming games.

Rogers Arena to open up for away games. What an opportunity to watch the games on the big screen, with the home crowd, in our own arena. Tickets for the away games are $10 plus handling fee with net proceeds going to the Canucks for Kids Fund. They go on sale this Friday June 3rd at noon. Outdoor Venues

In additon to the site outside of the CBC studios at West Georgia & Hamilton, there will be spaces for public viewing on Granville St, Central City Plaza in Surrey, Abbotsford's Entertainment & Sports Complex, & West Vancouver's Community Centre on Marine Drive. Federal Budget to be Tabled June 6
Finance Minister Jim Flaherty will deliver the federal budget on Monday, June 6.
The Conservatives tabled a budget back in March that was never passed because an election was called before Parliament could vote on its contents. “We will not be tweaking the forecasts,” Flaherty said after meeting with bank economists in preparation for the delivery of his June 6 budget.
