TAI Golf Performance Program - What is it?

Our program is based on performing a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) in order to determine what physical limitations are inhibiting maximally effecient movement in the golfer. Once these limitations are determined and documented we will prescribe a golf-specific exercise program to address them. The exercises can be tailored toward home or gym completion and will address deficits in posture, pelvis to torso separation, strength, flexibility, and balance. A detailed biomechanical 2D video analysis is utilized using DartfishTM software to link the physical findings to swing faults and movement inefficiencies. 3D wireless movement analysis is used for accurate and objective measurements of the kinetic sequence of the golf swing and for specific measurements in the SFMA using the K-Vest.
