We are experiencing different kinds of weather and learning about how the water cycle changes with our weather.  Thank you for continuing to read with your child at home and helping them find great compound words for Show & Tell this week.  Next week’s Show & Tell will be just as exciting as we begin learning about our state of Arkansas.

• Unit Study: We will learn about the State of Arkansas, where we live, what is grown or raised in our state and so much more.
• Show and Tell:  Bring something grown, raised or found in Arkansas.
• Bible:  We will continue studying Christ’s life and ministry.
• Bible Verse:  “My sheep hear my voice; I know them and they follow me.” John 10:27
• Reading:  We will begin learning “L” blends (bl- as in bless, cl- as in class, etc.), learn new sight words, and continue guided readers. 
• Math:  We will continue strategies for subtraction and introducing 3D Shapes (sphere, cylinder, etc.)

Join Shiloh's Leadership Team for refreshments in the SEC foyer from 8-9am prior to the 1st Grade Little Dribblers and PH Jigglers on February 7th! We would love to see you there!

As Northwest Arkansas continues to grow, we want the influence of Christ to grow as well. We are doing a big push for new student enrollment for the fall semester at Shiloh. We want to bring in some like-minded families that want to raise their children in a Christian environment. Therefore, we want to partner with our current Shiloh parents so you can invite others to join the Shiloh family!

Shiloh parents will receive a $300 check in September 2019 for any student that completes the admission process, is accepted, begins attending for the fall semester, and their account is current as of September 15th. • February 19 - Discover Shiloh in Kidz Theatre @ 6:00 pm, please share with families who might be interested in learning more about Shiloh.
• March 1 - Art Fair and Morning with Mom in Fellowship Gym from 7:00 am - 8:00 am
• March 6th - Spring Pictures (Free Dress UP Day)
• March 14 - Student-Led Conferences with Parents (more information to come)
• March 18 - 22 - Spring Break
• April 1 - Terra Nova Achievement Testing (TN3)
• April 18 - Easter Program and Speech Meet in Worship Center @ 8:30 am
