South East Bridge News Update
November/December 2014

Welcome to the latest edition of the South East Bridge enews.

This month's issue features an open letter to Education Secretary Nicky Morgan - a response to her negative comments about the place of arts in education, made recently in a speech at the launch of 'Your Life'. Alongside this, we have our Patron and Founding Chairman Sir Ken Robinson's speech from the Artsmark Conference in October - Ken makes a great case for the vital role creativity plays in our everyday lives.

There is an ongoing need to continue to advocate for the role of arts and culture in the UK, and in the lives of children and young people. It is helpful therefore to know that we have encouraging and powerful statistics on our side.

We also have our Annual Review for 2013/14 online - click the links below to have a read! Thanks for subscribing and we'll see you in January!

Wishing you all a great break and a happy new year - see you in 2015!
