As a full service real-estate business and leading service provider in the GCC region, CORE Real Estate delivers integrated expertise across all property sectors with superior and tailored customer service. MDFM, a team of Aged Care Facility Management and Maintenance Specialists, operate throughout the eastern states of Australia, providing creative solutions in facilities management. Urbanise is pleased to support MDFM in their mission of providing "a compliant and efficient service environment where residents, staff and visitors are safe, comfortable and productive." Centurion Strata Management is an established strata management company providing efficient strata solutions in Victoria, Australia. Driven by strategy, Centurion not only provides effective standard services but is also committed to innovative and results-driven strategies. Established in 1967, Pellicano is an award winning, leading multidisciplinary property and construction enterprise with a diverse property portfolio over 170 properties and 370+ customers. Pellicano selected the Urbanise Facilities Platform after having identified a need for a comprehensive facility and asset management platform that offered visibility across operations and real-time analytics for reporting.
Urbanise has recently engaged in a strategic partnership with LinkSafe to offer users of both platforms, a seamlessly integrated and enhanced experience in managing facilities, assets and compliance. Online and contractor management solution provider, LinkSafe, are equipped with nearly 20 years of experience, providing tailored and personal service, achieving excellent outcomes for clients, helping them to meet their safety and compliance goals and obligations. David Erczmann, General Manager for LinkSafe, said “Our alliance with Urbanise enables users to have a fully comprehensive contractor management experience. FACILITIESAdrian Bertuna The Urbanise Facilities team has recently released their new job time-sheet module for self-delivery staff to book time against jobs. Read more about Timesheets here. We are still busy working through the new facility bookings module to book out different amenities such as locations, areas and assets. We're continuing to make good progress on a large upgrade of our global search engine that is used widely across all products for efficient filtering and searching (eg. jobs, requests, locations, assets, job plans etc.) The upgrade will allow us to provide more options to our customers around filtering and searching large data sets. The team has invested heavily in our cloud infrastructure to provide improved system availability and resilience for our customers. STRATA Leslie Leahy In preparation for the end of the financial year, the Urbanise Strata team was heavily focused on the delivery of our new BAS and Tax Returns modules. These modules streamline the creation of returns across large volumes of properties, providing a substantial efficiency improvement over what is typically a very time-consuming task. We’ve also continued to add certificates and reports to ensure we have solid coverage for our clients migrating from our legacy strata platform. Some of these reports include:
User feedback is critical for any product, and we always try to implement improvements based on what we’re hearing from our users. Some user suggestions that we implemented recently include:
In the lead-up to Christmas we’re focused on a new “Common Property” register, enhancements to the Chart of Accounts, the ability to transfer funds to an investment account via ABA files and an integration to Active Directory. We’re also continuing to invest in additional performance enhancements and cloud infrastructure to ensure the system exceeds expectations as our user base grows.
