Cracking Ideas Opens in Glasgow!

Cracking Ideas Opens in Glasgow!

Easter traditionally signifies new starts and fresh beginnings, so it’s fitting that this Easter weekend the team at Cracking Ideas celebrated the launch of the ‘Wallace and Gromit Present a World of Cracking Ideas’ exhibition at the Glasgow Science Centre. This ground-breaking exhibition experience opened for the first time on Scottish soil on the 2nd of April and will run over the summer and autumn months until the 30th of November.

So, why not try something different in your Easter holiday this year and get inventive!  A World of Cracking Ideas is based around Wallace & Gromit's house at 62 West Wallaby Street, allowing you to explore each room of the house to find out how inventions surround us all in everyday life.  You'll have the chance to find out just how innovative you are with plenty of hands-on activities, plus discover how much value there is in your creativity and how to protect your ideas!

As you go through the exhibition, there will be plenty of opportunities to try out some of Wallace & Gromit's wondrous contraptions like the Tellyscope II, the Read-o-Matic and the incredible Karaoke Disco Shower, plus take a look at some real models and sets from Wallace & Gromit's adventures - cracking stuff!
