Easter is over, Spring is slowly but surely making its way, and here at Systematic we are all working very hard. With new collaborations internationally, regionally and in the Danish municipalities, we have plenty of exciting projects to dig into.

In this issue of the newsletter, you can read more about how Cura has gotten a new customer, how Columna Clinical Logistics is expanding in Finland, and how Medical Device Integration has proven its worth.

Enjoy!

Cura is Going to Copenhagen

It is with great pleasure that we now can call ourselves supplier to the Municipality of Copenhagen. In January it was announced that Cura will be the new home care and citizen record in the Municipality of Copenhagen and the interest in Cura is still increasing among the Danish municipalities.

Columna Clinical Logistics Expands in Finland

We no longer have only one customer in Finland. Now we have two!

Lapland Central Hospital has signed a contract with us about implementing Columna Clinical Logistics at their emergency ward in the same way it has been implemented at Vaasa Central Hospital.

Moreover, Vaasa has decided to expand the use of the solution further in the hospital.

We are truly happy about the new collaboration in Finland and we look forward to have even more users of Columna on a daily basis.

Systematic is Part of Big Data Project

Systematic takes part in a four year long project about Big Data.

In collaboration with both public and private institutions, we are going to investigate how possible data models might be able to make use of Big Data, so that we in the future can use Big Data purposefully.

Service Logistics and Internet of Things

It might sound a bit strange and fancy, but Internet of Things is in reality just the usage of small censors placed on e.g. hospital equipment, which through the internet are able to communicate with one another.

MDI Delivers

In the Capital Region and Region Zealand, Medical Device Integration (MDI) has now proven itself, as the software solution has passed several tests.

The MDI software collects data from measuring devices and sends it directly into the patients' electronic medical records. In this way, time spent on documentation is minimized, which leaves more time for care and treatment of patients.

Medication App in North Denmark Region

In March, the project officially started with two days of kick-off, which means that the exciting journey towards the implementation of Columna Medication in the North Denmark Region has been put into motion.

The medication management system will help the employees at the hospitals in the North Denmark Region implement the so-called Closed Loop Medication procedure, where medication processes follow specific guidelines. Unintended incidents, such as inappropriate medication, are thereby more likely avoided.
