Stress is a normal part of life.  Personal relationships, work/study and family can be the source of your stress.  Not coping with stress can weigh you down and impact on your health and wellbeing.

In this edition young Murri man, Shannon Dillon (pictured), tells us how he manages stress as he juggles study, work and youth leadership duties. Listen here.

If you're struggling to cope with stress and it's impacting on your day-to-day life, speak to your doctor or a health professional at your local AMS.

Or read this factsheet on stress from beyondblue.
