We continued to learn more about the state we live in, states we have visited, and how to find things on a map this week. We will learn more about our United States as we study Presidents.

Next Week

Unit Study: Presidents - George Washington
Show and Tell: Students will bring home a writing paper to complete the sentence “If I were President…” Please be sure to practice reading and writing to share with the class.
Bible: We are studying the Parables of Jesus.
Bible Verse: “And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of His glory in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:19
Reading: We will begin learning “s” blends (sk- as in skip, st- as in stop, etc.), learn new sight words, review sight words, and continue guided readers.
Math: We will continue learning about 3D Shapes (sphere, cylinder, etc.)

Discover Shiloh Dinner Event

Our Discover Shiloh Dinner Event is next Tuesday evening February 19th from 6:00 pm - 7: 30 pm! This is a great opportunity to learn about Shiloh, hear from our leadership, and visit with current students, families, and teachers.
