Purpose:

-To share information regarding the upcoming opportunity to make changes to the current instructional selection (in-person/remote), and

-To provide families a chance to ask Oakland Country Nurse, Melanie Pieknik, questions regarding COVID-19.

Please use the button and passcode below to join the Virtual Town Hall Meeting. 

Please be sure to contact both your student's teacher and Ms. Alex (alexandriabyrd@choiceschools.com) if your child will be absent. If the teacher and/or Ms. Alex is not contacted, this will result in an unexcused absence. After so many unexcused absences, a warning letter will sent home. If your child is chronically absent, the truancy office will need to be contacted. If you are unable to join Zoom meetings due to technical issues, please continue to have our child work on school work in the meantime. Notify your teacher of these technical issues so your child is not marked absent.

Whether your family likes to carve, paint, or decoupage your pumpkins,
we want to see! Send your pumpkin design photos to Ms. Alex (alexandriabyrd@choiceschools.com) by Thursday, October 29th. 

Picture Day Postponed

Unfortunately, due to Studio Eleven Eleven's schedule, we will need to postpone picture day until January. More information to come soon.  Thank you.

Please continue to let Ms. Alex, in the attendance office, know if you are keeping your child home sick or if they are experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms.  We are working diligently to continue to monitor all wellness related information and continue to keep our school campus healthy.
