New Workshop!

Storytelling Fundamentals: Sunday, May 3rd 2015

There’s a famous adage that one picture is worth a thousand words. But are your images communicating everything you want?  Maybe you’re looking for the right words to bring your characters and creations to life but aren’t quite sure where to start.

We can help inspire and nurture your ideas in a specially-designed workshop on storytelling for illustrators.

Join us at the Nook Collective in Kensington Market on Sunday May 3rd from 1pm to 5pm, as screenwriter and novelist Jennifer Cowan explores the fundamentals of story with creative exercises and discussions.

To maximize the process, all participating artists will be encouraged to bring a recent or new illustration and up to one page describing your character and the story you’re hoping to tell.

Space is limited to 12.
Fee: $80 including hst.

156 Augusta Avenue
