Ahoy everyone!

If everything has gone according to plan, I'm on a boat when you receive this issue. My first proper holiday (no laptop!) in quite a while. As such, I've scheduled this email before I left. Also very happy that Cesar is guest-editing this week as I'm busy trying to figure out what to pack for a week on a sailing boat. :)

(Any replies to this email will be answered next week.)

This Weekʼs Line-Up

A laser-cut wooden ballista kit
01

Sometimes we need to take a little break from the computer to muster up ideas. This wooden contraption is a better alternative to staring at your phone while taking a break.

A read-it-later button for the Kindle
02

I love this Chrome extension. Whenever I stumble across a good long-form article in the browser, I click 'Send to Kindle' to instantly save and enjoy reading it later on my Kindle Paperwhite – away from bright screens and pesky distractions.

A portable floor lamp
03

There are many options for a desk lamp, but floor lamps for your work area? Not only is this thing stylish, it will provide ambient light in those dark hours when you're working on your next big idea.

A minimal writing app
04

This is my favorite writing app. I use it to pour in my thoughts first, and organize later. Its simple, clean interface provides a unique writing experience without unnecessary bells and whistles.

A convertible sit-to-stand desk
05

This beautifully handcrafted worktable made from bamboo is a practical workspace that adjusts to your liking/height and is equipped with shelves and compartments for all your accessories.

An app to meditate with
06

In my experience, practicing mindfulness is key to having a balanced work day and a worryfree time afterwards. This app helps me do just that. Its brief guided or unguided sessions come with lots of personalisation options.
