As I’m writing this, it’s cold, rainy, dark and just downright miserable outside so come on over and lighten up a bit at Halls!
So, you want to know what customers are asking me about at the store lately? Here’s the two questions I thought I’d share with you:
Q: Is it really worth the investment to purchase the 1200 denier waterproof blanket?
A: Yes, the secret about waterproof sheets is “they can only be washed so many times.” Weatherbeeta says approximately 15-18 washes, so don’t go insane washing your blanket as it’s OK to be a little dirty.
Q: What’s the cure for “thrush?”
A: After years of the farrier telling me my horse Travis had thrush and feeling guilty, the farrier looked at me like I had never taken care of my horse (even though I religiously put that blue stuff on every day). So, here’s a great product… come in and buy the “SORE NO-MORE.” This sauce sells for $15.95 and it works. For the first time in years, my horse doesn’t have thrush. Yahoo!

Hall Saddlery was founded by Carol Hall in 1950. Originally started in his garage, he expanded the business to include English and Western apparel and equipment with two stores in the Milwaukee area.
